Lovely hotel great location. After a few problems at check in and delay in room allocation which was disappointing, everything was was sorted by very efficient staff. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, a special thanks to the lovely lady in the restaurant who showed us to our table for breakfast in the mornings and brought us a lovely cup of tea.

Spacious, clean, staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful as and when required. Very good breakfast choice and evening meal in the restaurant was enjoyable and reasonably priced. If in this area again would not hesitate to return as all was nice and comfortable.

Nice room with comfy bed. Good soundproofing. Spacious bathroom, although couldn't get the extractor working! Would have preferred the hairdryer outside of the bathroom, and also a mirror above the desk would have been useful. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast with lots of variety. The location is out of the city but close to bus stops. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book with Ilunion again.
